WarrantiesHotSpring Spas Limited warrants the interior surface of the hot tub shell not to peel, crack, wrinkle, yellow, efface or delaminate for a period of seven years from the hot tub’s purchase date. Owing to the nature of the acrylic surface and the vacuum-forming process, minor surface imperfections maybe visible upon closer inspection, but do not affect the integrity of the hot tub shell. Additionally, incidental scratches or scuffs to the shell surface finish are not covered under this warranty as they can occur under normal use.
HotSpring Spas Limited warrants the electrical components, pump, and other original factory installed components against malfunction, leaking or defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years from the hot tub’s delivery date. Dealer installed options are warranted per individual item(s) and are excluded from the five year component warranty; these also include the ozone, light bulbs and cover locks. Filters, pillows and hot tub covers are considered depreciable items. Natural fading and aging can occur. They are not covered under this warranty.
HotSpring Spas Limited warrants the Limelight hot tub not to leak for a period of seven years from its delivery date. This warranty specifically covers leaks from the wall fittings, jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints, freeze drains and all bonded parts including the filter compartment and light lens. The ozone and its associated parts are not covered under this warranty.
HotSpring Spas Limited unconditionally warrants the No-Fault heater against any failure that would require replacement. The warranty defines unconditional as warranty coverage without exception provided that the component has failed to operate properly within the spa's system. This means that conditions that would normally invalidate the limited warranty, such as water chemistry damage, do not apply to the No-Fault heater.
HotSpring Spas Limited warrants the ELMwood cabinet material not to peel, crack, wrinkle, blister, or delaminate and to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the hot tub’s delivery date. This warranty specifically covers the cabinet’s structural integrity (exclusive of surface stain), including all glue and integral bonded joints.
The ELMwood cosmetic finish is warranted to be free from defects at the time of initial delivery to the original consumer purchaser. Fading and weathering of the surface will naturally occur over time and are not considered to be warrantable defects. To restore the ELMwood cabinet’s appearance refer to the hot tub's Owner’s Manual for proper care and maintenance instructions.
