Some parts, such as hot tub covers, filter cartridges, filter lid, hot tub pillows and cover locks are not included in this warranty, but are covered against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
The NO-FAULT heater is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five years without exception provided that the component has failed to operate properly within the hot tub's system.

The cosmetic finish is covered to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of initial delivery. Fading and weathering of the surface will occur naturally over time and are not defects.
